ASHOKA FLOWER , HEALTHY ,AYURVEDA RECIPE, LEHYAM

 Ashokapoo Kurukkiyathu 


              


Ingredients

          1. Ashoka flower – 1  1/2 cup

          2.Rice flour  – 1 cup

         3.  Jaggery. – 1/4 cup

        4.   Ghee _ 4 tbsp

        5. Coconut Milk – 1 cup

        6. Cardamon – 3 or 4

        7. Cashew nuts _ 2tbsp

       8. Raisins _ 2tbsp

 Method

 

Step 1. Clean and wash the Ashoka flower on a vessel..Take one and half cup Ashoka flower and rice flour ,add little water and grind it well in the mixer grinder.
          Step 2,  Take a kadai , add 4tbsp of ghee and add the batter and coconut milk stir it well  in a low flame.

Step 3, Then add the jaggery  and stir it well ,put the gas on the low flame, add the cardamon and stir it well. Finally add the cashews and raisins with 1tbsp of ghee. Ashoka kurukk is ready to enjoy and serve it on a bowl.....😍😊
